Gabrielle is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Fully Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist working within the NHS and in private practice. Gabrielle has extensive experience of providing psychological treatments including depression and a wide range of anxiety disorders. Gabrielle delivers high-quality person-centred care whilst demonstrating commitment to NICE Guidance. Gabrielle primarily offers CBT whilst interweaving therapy with Compassion Focused techniques and Acceptance Commitment techniques where necessary. Gabrielle provides clinical supervision to other CBT therapists and works as an external marker for Undergraduate Nursing and Postgraduate CBT courses.
