Senior clinicians at Lansdowne have extensive experience in providing high quality independent reports and statements for the Courts in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence cases that are fully compliant with the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions and the Law Society of Scotland Code of Practice for Expert Witnesses.

a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience, are in active clinical practice and in good standing with the relevant professional regulator

the necessary clinical expertise, experience and standing to offer credible opinion

completed expert witness training and understand the relevant law and procedures in undertaking the role of expert in civil proceedings

a solid track record of producing effective and timely court compliant reports and statements

experience in giving effective oral evidence in Court.
