Payment can be made with cash, cheque card or bank transfer at the end of your session.
In some cases, your health insurance provider may require you to see your GP or psychiatrist before attending for psychological therapy, but this is generally a quick and easy process.
It’s a good idea to give your insurer a call to clarify that you are covered and to find out what they require before you contact us.
Some health insurance providers will cover clients for a certain number of sessions while others will allocate a lump sum.
If you are approaching the limit of your current cover it can be possible to obtain a re-authorisation – it’s important to discuss this with your insurer well in advance.
You are personally responsible for charges for missed sessions. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a session, we require you to give at least 48 hours notice otherwise a full session fee will be charged.
